Ghanvati : In the youtube video Ghanshyam Dasji explain the procedure of creating Gomutra arka.

When plain Gomutra is heated , the vapour is collected in a separate vessel which again becomes liquid and is called Gomutra arka.

What remains back after collecting vapour is then transfered to iron vessel and heated on a gobar burner.

Depending on various types of ghanavati mentioned in scriptures ingredients are added and heated and that creates a paste which are made into small round tablets .
Since they will stick together and become a big round ball, to avoid a gobar bhasma is added in a bottle while packaging.

If u r drinking plain Gomutra arka then u need to also consume plain ghanavati to get full benefits of original Gomutra.

Various ghanavati tabs are prepared like madhuvati, punarnava, sarpagandha , haritaki by adding necessary herbs while heating in iron vessel what was remained after collecting arka.
