Did you know that when making paneer you can curdle milk using plain yogurt? The yogurt gives a really nice natural flavor. Next time you make homemade paneer try curdling it with yogurt instead of lemon.
Note: for 2 liters of milk I added about a cup of plain homemade yogurt. Bring milk to a boil then while constantly stirring in a clockwise motion add yogurt slowly until the milk curdles and the whey turns yellow. :)
