Drink luke warm water 1.2 ltrs first thing in morning before brushing , why 1.2 ltre? Stomach size is 600 ml, when we double it, stomach starts cleaning process and not digestion process so entire urinary tract gets cleaned and colon gets cleaned too.> 2. Drink this morning water sip sip and not fast . let your morning saliva go inside.. It has medicinal value ..all animals use this saliva too.> 3. Do not eat or drink anything for 1 hour after drinking this morning water, we do not want stomach to go in digestion process, we want it to remain in cleaning process.> 4. Drink at least 150-200 ml water 30-45 minutes before any meal.> 5. After meal do not drink water for 1 hour at least. After 1 hour please drink at least 150-200 ml of water.> 6. Drink water 30 min before going to bed> 7. Never drink cold refrigerated water at all..its a poison. Body needs energy to bring temp of cold water to body temperature which drains extra energy.
> 8. During meal if one type of food is finished eating, one can have 2-3 sips of water in between starting another type of food. If you finished eating roti and about to start rice, u can drink 2 sips of water. Ayurveda considers this amrit.
> 9. Body always tries to protect critical organs like brain and heart first so if there is water shortage in body , body will take water from other organs and give to brain and heart. Due to this many problems and severe disorders happen in other organs.> 10. Ayurveda calls water as Jeevan ... It is really a Jeevan a nectar.
