Dr. Khader sir wonderful lecture

Essence of Dr. Khader sir wonderful lecture:
Due to the excess production of rice, wheat, sugarcane, meat and eggs, nature is getting destroyed. Planet temperature is increasing due to the irresponsible behaviour of the human race for the last 50 years. 18 islands already disappeared. Ice started melting in Siberia. We are heating up the planet. We are wasting our natural resources like forests and water for our foods like rice, sugarcane, wheat, meat etc. To grow 1 kg rice we require 8 thousand ltrs of water. To grow 1 kg wheat we require 10 thousand ltrs of water. To get 1 kg sugar we require 28 thousand ltrs of water. To get 1 kg meat we require 50 thousand ltrs of water. To get this huge quantity of water, we are constructing dams and destroying forests. Sugar is being used to make useless things like pepsi, coke etc. which contain 42 gms of sugar per 100 ml. Lays, kurkure, tooth pastes also contain sugar. Due to this obesity in kids is increasing. Desi cows are replaced by jersey cows. For more milk, Harmon injections are given to jersey cows. We are giving this A1 milk to our kids in plastic bottles. This milk and plastic are responsible for girls coming to age at 6 to 8 years, menstrual problems, hair loss. To produce 1 kg meat we require 8 kg grains. To produce meat quickly, they are feeding GM food to animals. Due to this diseases like mad cow disease and bird flu are increasing. Nobody is thinking about root cause of diseases. For diseases like rheumatism, BP, Diabetes etc. life time tablets we are using.
If we eat rice, wheat and maida items, within 15 minutes it will be converted to glucose. As per WHO, by 2025, 50% indians will become diabetic. Pharma will be happy. We grow so many tonnes of sugarcane instead of food grains. This is the sad story of human race.

If we continue this life style, we will get many diseases which cannot be cured, global warming will increase due to deforestation. Solution is to grow food grains which can be grown with 3 to 4 rains. Dams, deforestation, PWD department are not required. Millets can be grown in dry areas also with 3 to 4 rains. Saame, navane, aarka, korle and oodhulu (kannada names) are having fibre from 8 to 12 %. Unpolished rice has 0.2 % fibre and naati wheat has 1.2 %. Polished rice and present wheat have 0% fibre. Khader sir cured thousands of diabetes, BP, asthma, fits, gangrene etc. patients with these five millets.
