[25/03 14:10] ‪Why pressure cooker is not a good utensil for cooking food?

As we know pressure cooker is made up of aluminium and this is very bad material for making food and for eating food. Auminium is a heavy metal and is accumulated in our muscles, kidneys, liver and bones. Our excreta system is unable to extract it from our body. According to modern medical science the use of aluminium utensils is prohibited. In all the medical sciences whether it is allopathy, homeopathy or ayurveda the use of aluminium is strictly prohibited. If you are using aluminium utensil for making and eating food then you are eating slow poison. This aluminium poisoning cause a lot of disease and a day come when it finish our life.

The popularity of pressure cooker is due to the time it takes for cooking food. That’s why people use pressure cooker for making food. Other open utensil however takes little more time than pressure cooker. But they are unaware of the fact that the food made in pressure cooker is not completely cooked. Pressure cooker does not cook the food completely. It actually breaks the food elements with the pressure of the steam which is made inside due the boiling process of food. So the food is only broken not cooked well. The taste of the food made is not good as compared to the food made in open pot.

Pressure-Cooked Foods Contain Acrylamide

When heated to high temperatures, starchy foods typically form acrylamide, a harmful chemical that, when consumed in high amounts, may lead to diseases and conditions like cancer, infertility and certain neurological disorders. The good news is that water vapor appears to hinder formation of acrylamide in foods. This is why steamed and boiled foods, including foods cooked by pressurized steam, contain  acrylamide. By contrast, foods prepared by baking or roasting may contain significant levels of this carcinogenic, neurotoxic substance.
[25/03 14:12] Cooking in a aluminium vessel is not a wise idea, since aluminium readily reacts with oxygen present in the atmosphere and produces aluminium oxide.The aluminium oxide forms layers on the utensil’s surface. When we eat the food made in aluminium utensils, the aluminium enters and gets accumulated inside our body.

Aluminium oxide can seriously affect the brain, affect neurons and cause dementia. It can also result in kidney and renal failure. Aluminium also neutralises the vitamins and minerals present in the food. The longer food is cooked or stored in aluminum, the greater the amount that gets into food. Food materials like salt, tea, leafy vegetables, soda, lemon, tamarind and tomato should not be cooked or kept in aluminium vessels.

cow dung ash being used for water purifying. Purifying water is a serious issue. Either we have to add chlorine or some other chemical. At least we have to boil the water. In emergency situations, fuel may not be available for boiling. Adding chlorine etc has its own defects and side effects. Cow dung ash is an excellent water purifier. Both have been tested by me in the laboratory, in practice and by devotees. It is a byproduct of a byproduct, that is, we get cow dung from cow and even after burning cow dung it has so much potency to purify water. All harmful bacteria are killed just by adding a pinch or two of cow dung ash in few liters of water. We have to use cow dung ash that comes from vedic cows only. To verify this clinically, I had sent two samples of well water which was known to be contaminated by harmful bacteria. One sample was plain well water which was not fit for drinking because of presence of bacteria and in other sample I had put 2 pinches of cow dung ash. The report which I got from KEM hospital laboratory was astounding. The report said that the in well water, Escherichia coli bacteria grew in culture. In well water, with pinch of cow dung ash no E. coli bacteria grew on culture. Those who want to see the report, it is available with me in Mumbai. Certainly this is just one test and we are now going to do a proper full fledged study the report of which I will inform you all once the study is over in a few weeks. Since this report, HG Govinda pr has always started using cow dung ash with normal tap water to drink while traveling and has thus avoided bottled water which is a big drain on ecology. He has not become sick till now. I myself personally never drink bottled water whatever the case may be.

This option of adding cow dung ash is so cheap that anyone can afford it. It has absolutely no side effects.

This anti-bacterial property of cow dung ash of Vedic cows was known to ancient sages of India.

Cow dung ash is so much cheaper than bottled water. It is so much cheaper than all the costly machines sold under the banner of water purification. All ultra violet, reverse osmosis costly machines are selling at exorbitant prices compared to cow dung ash. Even cow dung ash is cheaper than the maintenance these machines require. At the same time these radiations in ultra violet water purifier machines and the depletion of all natural minerals in reverse osmosis and bottled water do untold damage to human body. This topic is out of scope for the present post. They cause a whole range of diseases like cancer, organ damage, osteoporosis etc.

Is it not wiser to use cow dung ash instead of all these complex things?
