GOMUTRA: FILTERED COW URINE (Indian Cow (Desi Breed Cow's) Urine)🐮
Gomutra (Filtered Cow Urine) is used in Indian culture for purification of a body. People spread Gomutra in their offices, houses, on their body during auspicious occasions. Gomutra attracts divine consciousness which brings us under sattva guna thus it helps in spiritual healing. Mata yashoda poured Gomutra on Krishna to save him from all ill-will. It is a giver of mental and physical strength. It is used while performing sacrifices (Yagya) and used as pesticide in garden or farm. It is beneficial as a fertilizer also. Gomutra is good remedy for skin diseases therefore it is used while bath. The Indian Gir cow’s urine has unique ability to kill negative energy and protects from all danger. The Gomutra by special Gir cow is very important during sacrifices. We provide good food and environment to Gir cows due to its importance. Cow urine helps cure various health problems.

Does consuming of Ghee exacerbate dyspepsia?
[05/12 11:12 am]

Ghee aids in ensuring proper digestive health as well. Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a topical cure for blisters and burns, ghee may also help in minimizing stomach acid while simultaneously repairing the gut’s lining. In fact, practitioners of said system of traditional medicine recommend ghee to those who suffer from peptic ulcers. Ghee, being entirely made of fat, helps in the production of digestive enzymes as well. When the latter are in balanced levels in the body by way of eating ghee regularly, then problems such as indigestion may be minimized.
Ghee is a potent source of butyric acid as well. A fatty acid which acts as an anti-viral agent in the body. butyric acid has been found effective at relieving inflammation caused by periodontal disease. Butyric acid’s esters and salts called butyrates, meanwhile, show potential for preventing and possibly even curing ulcerative colitis (UC), and therefore its most typical complication which is colorectal cancer. As it turns out, lack of butyrates in the body may bring about UC, and by incorporating butyrates in enemas, said condition may be addressed.  In yet another study, oral administration of butyrates was found to be effective at improving the intestinal mucosa’s inflammatory response, then again showing some promise as both a prevention and cure for UC.

Refined Grains v/s Millets
Refined grains and flours have no bran in them. Refined foods increase glucose and blood sugar levels after they are consumed which is countered by the body producing excess insulin to lower blood sugar levels. If the body keeps pumping out large quantities of insulin for a long time, it usually develops insulin resistance. The pancreas may also stop producing insulin. Either way, glucose levels start to jack up, resulting in diabetes.
Millets are highly nutritious, non-glutinous and non-acid forming foods, thus making them soothing and easily digestible Compared to rice, especially polished rice, millets release lesser percentage of glucose but at a slow rate over a longer period of time decreasing the risk of diabetes.
Millets are rich sources of minerals like iron, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium. Finger millet (Ragi) has veryhigh calcium content, about 10 times that of rice or wheat.
Amazing Health Benefits of Millets:
. Alkaline, easily digestible.
. Contains phytonutrient lignans which are converted by friendly flora in our intestines into mammalian lignans, that protect against breast and other hormone-dependent cancers as well as heart disease.
. Hydrates your colon and keeps you from being constipated
. Acts as a prebiotic feeding microflora in your internal body ecosystem.
. Serotonin in Millet acts as a mood-enhancer
. Smart carb with lots of fiber and low simple sugars. Takes longer to release the sugars reducing risk of diabetes.
. Has a low glycemic index and shown to produce lower blood sugar levels than wheat or rice.
. Magnesium in millet helps reduce the effects of migraines and heart attacks. Also reduces the instances of childhood asthma.
. Niacin (Vitamin B3) in millet helps lower cholesterol.
. Decreases triglycerides and C-reactive protein.
. Phosphorus in Millets is critical in forming the mineral matrix of the bone, building block of the genetic code, and an essential component of lipid-containing structures such as cell membranes and nervous system structures..
Nutritional Food during Pregnancy and for Babies:
Millets are ideal for pregnant mothers since several millet varieties like ragi andbajra are a rich source of iron and calcium. Mothers having gestational diabetes would benefit from substituting millets in place of other grains. Millets also help in building immunity for the baby growing in the womb.
Babies can be fed popped or malted millet powder which is a very good substitute for generic store-bought baby foods. Traditionally, children were given different forms of millets from 6 months onwards.

COW GHEE- THE NECTAR
BY MADAN GOPAL DAS
Even if we make ghruta (ghee) according to the proper system, following points should be kept in mind. Ghruta made in various seasons have various properties. Ghruta has two uses, one is internal and the other is external. Ghruta which is made in any season is good for the external uses. Older the ghruta is the better it is for external use. In fact, there used to be ghruta which was 100 years old. That was supposed to be very medicinal. For internal use ghruta made especially in rainy season and even in summer season to some extent should be consumed within 1 to 2 months from manufacturing, but ghruta made in winter season can be used for edible purposes for 1 year or even little more. Best ghruta is made in severe winter i.e. Dec, January in northern hemisphere.

only desi Go milk with haldi and  ghee at night ...

I received such routine from Vrindavan devotees 2 yrs back and then came to know from Ayurveda doctors that after sunset jatharagni (stomach digestive fire ) shuts off and if we eat heavy food after sunset, it's invitation to disorders
[12/09 11:02 pm] ‪ How much ghee do you add in the milk?
[12/09 11:03 pm] ‪ Milk is 350 ml and ghee is 20 ml and haldi 1 small spoon
[12/09 11:07 pm] ‪Regarding dosage I decided by consulting 3 doctors one of them is Panchagavya chikitsak
Tricks to keep in mind are
1. Milk needs to be hot
2. Needs to be drinking sip by sip
3. Drink while standing (water while sitting)
4. Drink 1.5-2 hours before going bed

Right process to accept Cow ghruta in our life
By Madan Gopal Das
The best way to take ghruta is as follows:
Take one glass of hot milk. Add one or two spoons of ghruta. Aerate it by pouring milk from one glass to another as we see dairy retailers in northern India do. It should be aerated by pouring from one vessel to another for at least 10-15 times. Ghruta should become warm with milk and should be broken in small particles because of aerating. Then drink the milk. This is the best way to consume ghruta. If milk is not available or not digestible by someone he can do it in hot kadha(ginger tea), soup, dal water etc.
As cow urine does ghruta will also do wonders on your consciousness and body and experiencing it is the only way to know it.
For all diseases below collar bone we should take ghruta in above way.
