I been using Gobar bhasma dantmanjan of two brands,  Goseva and pathmeda since last 3 months.
I stopped using modern toothpastes and thrown all toothpastes and toothbrushes from house .
In morning I use pathmeda and at night I use Goseva dantmanjan.
I must share my experience and it is really wonderful .
All sensitivity issues are disappeared, all kinds of tooth pain are gone, no more blisters in mouth, no odour. Its not exaggeration.

We all heard/seen temples of more than 200 yrs old , we all heard/seen forts of more than 200 yrs old, we all heard/seen trees of more than 200 yrs old,
But we have not seen or heard any dental hospital which is 200 yr old, WHY, WHY?

Because we used all natural mouth cleaners like , Gobar bhasma, neem datun etc earlier.

All modern toothpastes including Patanjali contain SLS ( Sodium Lauryl Sulphate)  which is used to create foam in mouth. Its a chemical.

Gomaya bgasma Dantmanjan do not contain chemical as it does not require to create foam.

Since Bharat started using toothpastes and gone away from natural means , dentists and dental clinics started appearing in Bharat.

I thank to Anuragini mataji for creating such wonderful group and giving us so much info on Go products .

Hope many people join this mission.   She says this is financial war for protecting Gomata and we need many soldiers who create demand for Go products.

I request all members of this group to start using dantmanjan of any Goshala brand u like. Change by changing ourselves.

Trick is to massage gums with Gomaya  dantmanjan and not just rub teeth.

By massaging u increase blood circulation  and hence teeth gets all necessary supply and remain healthy.

After all to relish wonderful Radha Krishna Mahaprasad daily, we need healthy teeth.

3) all animals pass the toxic matter in there Milk but cow is the only animal who stores toxic matter in her skin ( thats why kuran says her beef is poisonous )

*So who foolish says that cow protection is just a matter of communal hinduism . But here we can conclude that it is a matter of whole humanity*

Did you know that when making paneer you can curdle milk using plain yogurt? The yogurt gives a really nice natural flavor. Next time you make homemade paneer try curdling it with yogurt instead of lemon.

Note: for 2 liters of milk I added about a cup of plain homemade yogurt. Bring milk to a boil then while constantly stirring in a clockwise motion add yogurt slowly until the milk curdles and the whey turns yellow. :)

Broccoli soup

It is full of folic acid which supports pregnancy

Broccoli florets
Potato in cubes
Asafoetida

Add all of above in Ghee
Roast a little

Then add water and let all that boil

Once it is cooked let it cool

Take a bowl of milk and cashew nuts and almonds without skin

Grind it and keep it separately

Once the veggies are cooled - grind it in mixer

Add paste if veggies and milk with nuts paste to this

Black pepper one tbspn- one tbspn of sugar and salt

Mix everything well and let it boil

Now your broccoli soup is ready

Serve it to lord and honor it🏼

It's full of folic acid and Absolutely good for pregnant mothers!
